Trying to shed the pounds and Had lots of help from guys here...
Some of you will probably look at what I'm eating and think it's not enough but I think it's flipping loads... If I had of been trying to diet myself without the help from u lot I wudnt eat half of this as I wud of stuck with under 1000 calories until desired weight but I have now learnt that this may reduce body mass but not body fat
72 ounces raw chicken
4 broccoli
3 cans tuna
14 carrots
2 peppers
2 onions
710 ounces brown whole grain rice
300 gramms oats
3 egg whites
700 gramms sweet potato
12 protein shakes
2 cauliflower
