Hello everyone. My name is Joe.
The guys on the main forum told me to come here as I have about 50 pounds to lose before I start training on a more serious level.
I have set up a low fat, no sugar diet eating 6 times per day (small meals), so far so good, but I know that sugar craving is coming.
Would it be safe to take these supps on my long haul (links below). I figure taking advantage of the 21st century cant hurt and may help me to stay focused if I'm seeing a quicker results. Make no mistake about it though, I will do this!!!!!!
