Help me with this grave shift thing lol Its so hard
meal planning sounds so easy until you get down to it. Check out a few of the diets here to give you a gradual idea on how to put one together showing foods, meal times and macro breakdowns.
I personally use fitday.com to " tune in " everything to tell me if Im eating enough or not enough......
Just a few suggestions....when you put one together, include your stats such as age, height, weight, goals like cutting or bulking. Then we can go from there....
