6 months ago My weight was 256 last down to 235 diet only.
two months starting doing cross fit and eating clean between 1700 and 2000 Cal
lost five more pounds down to 230 One month ago started liftin along with cross fit diet same Stayed between 227 and 230 however did lose two three inches of gut and added some muscel, you can see pics on contender thread.
2 weeks ago got the flue lost 13 pounds did not seem to lose much muscel
could not eat at all for 4 days then very light for next two. This week have gain back only 3 oft the pounds I lost last week. This would seem to be water weight.
My question is Can I repeat this again ie give myself a couple more weeks to get metibolisim back up then not eat for 3 or four days. and drop 10 pounds or so.
What do you think?
