HI guys
i want to know what is the best idea and what pro's do to harden there muscles, diet wise i mean.
IT looks like my muscles are soft and cant get those awesome lookin cuts even when i brought my body fat down once b4.
I plan on doin winny (which i havent done) next cycle but i dont think that will be the complete answer.
I mean im afraid if i cut my carbs or cals that my muscles will still be soft ,and Ill just lose size and stength,im wondering if there is a secret way to eat to harden up?
right now after a weight training workout , i have 30g protein shake immediatly, then go home and drink 1000 cal shake (powder, bananna,strawberries,skim milk) Then eat real food the rest of the day.
Eat about 4000 cals a day now, but when i cut how much how much should i lower it by?
right now 5'8 188lbs, 32" waist, 14.5% BF
