    is my supplementation OK?

    I take animal pak( 2 paks in morning with breakfast)
    Pre workout - Hemorage utra concentrate
    Post Workout - REal mass - 76 g carbs+50 g protein
    Before Bed - 50 gm casein
    I eat 7 meals - clean

    ur 7 clean meals are alot more important then ur supps, the supps i take aswell as these r EFA's, EAA's with pre workout and i mix my own pre-workout-shake (i can control what i put in it and its much cheaper, i just by pure beta-alanine, aakg + caffeine). i dont like weight gain shakes as a rule of thumb, they relly on maltodextrin (sugar) for most of their carbs which i dont like. post ur diet though!
