Im currently 223 and im looking to drop down to 190-200, Im sitting at 13-16% bf and all my dieting experience has been with bulking, so in that aspect im fairly knowledgeable but in this cutting phase I know diddly.

I start training and dieting for this endeavor at the end of next week so im looking for any advice. Here is a diet I had in mind. (Ill say what im eating first see what needs adding/ removing then ill work on portions)

4:30 am: BCAA's (pre cardio)

5:30 am:
Oats
Eggs/egg whites

9:30 am:
Banana
Almonds
Whey shake

12 pm:
2 chicken breast or fish (white)
Veggies

330 pm:
BCAAS (Pre-cardio)

5:30pm: (Post workout)
BCAAS
Whey shake

7-8pm:
Chicken/fish (white)
veggies
Almonds

10pm:
Casein shake

Again, Im a newbie tot he dieting aspect of body building so any food ideas and critiques are greatly appreciated. Keep in mind this is a rough-rough draft.
