I agree.
Ok my family isnt to health oriented so they tend to keep less then ideal foods around. now besides when my step mom cooks the basic food available is PB wheat bread, ravioli, ramen, cold cereal, and packaged ham. theyre are eggs but i get in trouble if i eat alot of them. in my eyes the only solution is get me some money and buy my own shit. what do you guys think??
if you need more info on the situation please ask questions so that i can give you a better idea. but i would really appreciate the help from everyone. Thank you all!!!

Just looked for a post Fireguy made and it says something like this:
from Friday 5pm to Sunday 10pm is 32% of the week not dedicated to goals....
More details like: what did you eat this past weekend exactly and how much did you work out. We need to see this in detail please. It has to get fixed. And this is the place to do that. So it is time to come forth and confess otherwise we do not know how far off you went off your goals.

ok i gotcha.
i had some cash this weekend so i was able to get some oatmeal and a shit load of chicken!!! i ate no veggies at all and ate chicken with everymeal on time, all my carbs were only 2 times a day, wake up and during work (2 cups of oatmeal) all chicken amounts were 6 to 8 oz. i didnt workout any because i was working putting in a hard wood floor in 14 hour shifts, my lower back was destroyed and i sweated my ass of the whole damn time and it really felt like an intense workout. i also consume extreme amounts of BCAAs because i was afraid i would go catabolic. i ate 6 times exactly each day with the same amounts. so my diet was basically chicken with some oatmeal

Thanks...the catabolic discussion needs to take place.
Hopefully some guys will try to iron this out with you. The fear of this seems to be haunting you and I understand. Just want to make sure that it is not getting in your way. This part of your goal is to shed BF. So if you would please present a question to the guys, maybe separately in a new thread to get advice on this issue to ease your mind since it seems to continue to crop up. Include your stats and goals with photo and your catabolic concern so the input can come from members who already know you as well as perhaps some members who do not yet; hence stats needed in a new thread.
