changing your diet
should one change up their diet according to which aas cycle they are using....if so would like feedback on some sample diets for a straight testc 10 wk run

Well im going to forget to ask ur stats etc. Because j have posted in the diet sestion and give u a straight answer...
Yes calories need to be increased to not only allow muscle growth but to maintain it once off cycle
Rememba if u gain 10lbs of LBM on a cycle u should be eating 500 calories extra per day
50 cals per lb gained
Evaluater ur cycle and work ou how much u think u will gain approximatly, then add the calories right from the start

^ ^ ^ this. I don't know if I agree with 'guesstimating' how much you'll gain and basing calories on that, but they definitely need to be brought up beyond a typical 'off' surplus. I'd suggest adding about 300 to whatever you're currently doing and monitoring from there. If you're blowing up nicely and bodyfat is at least being maintained, keep adding and find the sweet spot.

just started my first cycle test c only... goin 400mg/wk 10 weeks
my diet now is
wake up7 ish- whey shake,vitamins
1hr later- hardboiled egg, can of tuna, banana
2hrslater- nuts/raisin trail mix 1/2cup
noon-1pm-7oz chix breast, broccoli or asparagus baked potato
about 3- plum, or 1/2 cup yogurt
prewk-2 tsp pb on wheat wrap
post wk- whey shake, 7oz steak, aspar. or green been, brocc
before bed- casien
take any input/ changes i should make...thanks

At 19% BF u want to be loosing weight not gaining it

thanks guys...dieting has been the most confusing part for me. never have been good at it. hopefully with a little help i can get it in check

have a fish allergy...what can i su instead of the fish and the fish oil though
