diet coke/coke zero?

Nothing wrong with a coke zero a day even on a cut - especially if it helps satisfy a sweet craving. Moderation is the key.....

moderation is key but for every coke zero or diet you drink double or trip it in water. so youll just end up drinking more water because you drank that coke

I'd say a can a day is fine. I personally just gave up diet soda - I just don't want to put that crap/poison in my body. It's straight H2O for me now, all the time.

never touch the stuff..water/whey/creatinedrinks only and 4 oz of black coffee before cardio.

Depends on if you just want to be ok...or if you want serious results. Sugar or not, coke is junkfood. The more natural the better. But not everyone can be perfectly disciplined, so if a diet coke a day keeps you from freaking out and eating a choc sundae, diet coke is the lesser of two evils.
