its nice to have a breakdown of all food macros soo you can really see a good breakdown of your diet
EX:
meal 4: 14:00
steak protein/carbs/fat calories
white rice protein/carbs/fat calories
brocoli protein/carbs/fat calories
Total for meal protein/carbs/fat calories
It takes a little time but will help you see whats going on....count everything

just having a brief look at it...
its decent. nice and simple, how I like diets.
try to make meal 2 a solid protein source. can or 2 of tuna or such.
or actually since its your pre workout meal.... switch your steak meal... to meal #2.
that slow releasing protein from the steak will help fuel you through the workout.
I always have lean beef as my preworkout meal. plus steak has natural creatine in it. never hurts.
but yeah, without going further in depth with a macro breakdown. it looks good overall.
dial the macros in and youll be able to adjust better, as your body comp changes.
