I started this new diet after taking tips from a lot of people on this forum and I've got a good bulking diet, let me know what you think.
meal#1 - oats, 8 egg whites, 2 wheat toasts
meal#2 - brown rice, fish/steak/chicken (i alternate every once in a while) usually 6-8oz serving of meat
meal#3 - mass gainer protein shake, 77 complex carbs, no sugar, 6 grams of fat, 55 grams of protein, it's a whey gainer
meal#4 - brown rice, potatoes with another serving of chicken, steak, or fish same as in meal 2
workout
meal#5 - whey gainer shake 30 min after workout
meal#6 - casein protein shake 30 minutes before sleep
