    i would say more around 15%.. low BF.. but your muscles would have to be a bit larger to say it is 11-12..

    overall you look good.. you need a tan, but so do i.. i would say the only place you are laking is chest.. incorporate DB Bench into your chest routine if you don't already..

    i have a good thread i started yesterday regarding adding 50lbs to your bench in 7 weeks.. it works and it focuses on chest.. click on my name and then click on threads started by me.. it should be on top of the list.. its worth giving it a try.. do that routine an add DB Bench as well.. it works wonders.
