Im typing this off my ipad so going to try to keep this short.
Current Stats:
BF: Around 15% (I think no idea) haha
Age: 21
Height: 6'1
Starting Weight Prior Weights: 59kg (129.8 lbs)
Current Weight: 80.15kg (176 lbs)
Training Solid: 31 months (2 yrs and a bit)
I hit a point where it is very hard to gain weight i been fixing my diet the last few days again and long story made short my diet is kinda like this.
Last 3 days:
Cal/ Carbs/ Protein/ Fat
3550/403/203/106
3662/425/219/87
3642/436/243/93

i should be eating 2900 calories a day to maintain current weight.
I eat often around every 2 hours tops. with plenty of snacks etc.
When i have more time i will say what i eat in a typical day.
My main question is how many calories/carbs/protein/fat should i be consuming per day. to keep gaining. Goal is 90 kg on the long run
