Diet Question for Ectomorph
Im typing this off my ipad so going to try to keep this short.
Current Stats:
BF: Around 15% (I think no idea) haha
Age: 21
Height: 6'1
Starting Weight Prior Weights: 59kg (129.8 lbs)
Current Weight: 80.15kg (176 lbs)
Training Solid: 31 months (2 yrs and a bit)
I hit a point where it is very hard to gain weight i been fixing my diet the last few days again and long story made short my diet is kinda like this.
Last 3 days:
Cal/ Carbs/ Protein/ Fat
3550/403/203/106
3662/425/219/87
3642/436/243/93

i should be eating 2900 calories a day to maintain current weight.
I eat often around every 2 hours tops. with plenty of snacks etc.
When i have more time i will say what i eat in a typical day.
My main question is how many calories/carbs/protein/fat should i be consuming per day. to keep gaining. Goal is 90 kg on the long run

If you are not gaining in weight, then you need to take in more calories. That is the answer to your question in red, MORE. Up your carbohydrate intake. Make sure you eat tons of food. I drink sugar in between meals to help me gain weight. If you are truly stuck then you can try that. I would advise eating all you can before you go that route.

Yeh I'm trying to max my potential before every doing my first cycle. Maybe I might try to increase my cal intake to 4000+ but other than that not to bad?
And care to explain how drinking sugar in water helps gain weight? Thanks in adv

Twist is a genetic freak who will never gain an ounce of fat...
Im sure that u just need to increase ur carbs the normal way, just eat morenof what ur currently eating untill u are gaining w8 again

You want to put size and mass on you need to eat more its that simple, if you can't eat more then start getting up throughout the night and eat. Majority of guys who can't gain weight they are eating like a woman, you want to be big muscular bodybuilding start eating like one, I hear it all the time when I come to this section. I am not having that someone can't gain weight
