So here's my question which haven't been able to find answers to; I am considering a cycle later this year when I feel comfortable with what I know and where to find answers to things I don't know. First off though I need my diet in check and was wondering about macros....I've read a lot here and elsewhere about different diet plans for both bulking and cutting, and while they all seem to be great for the person who used it, each of us are different and curious as to if there are any rules for the amount of carbs/fats/proteins to portion based on a person's body size/composition? Or is it just general guidelines to follow when bulking and cutting with tweaks up/down?
