    nocternal eating ur opinions?

    eating during the night waking up to eat is it worth it?

    No, You need to sleep, your body produz to much cortisol to wake you up.
    Try casein before bed.

    only ppl i know of tht do it r serious pros like jay and kai etc. its not beneficial. one thing i do do tho is get up at 5am 2 have breakfats and then get bak up at 6:30 am 2 go gym (so im not bloated form all the oatmeal in gym). unless ur going gym at 6am like me then dont bother just have a gd night time meal.
