Skinless roast chicken as a protein source?

Was wondering if the diet gurus could comment on how bad skinless roast chicken from a supermarket is for a lean bulk? i know its not an ideal source of protein but would it affect a lean bulk? the dietary information listed on it says per 100g serving theres around 6.6g of fat and 650mg of sodium (which i know is sky high) but im assuming those stats mean with the skin included? ive just been eating steamed chicken for about 8 months straight lol and im so over it. any input would be appreciated

definitely worth investing in a grill. I have an old school vertical standing grille that is over 30 years old that works great, looks like this:

buy a chicken and roast it yourself, I do every other Sunday, and the leftovers make up for packed lunches (pasta n chicken) the following week.

The brown meat is gonna contain a lot more fat

I know it tastes so good!

Have you considerd roasting a turkey crown with the skin on

A crow is basically the breast section of the bird, it can be on or off the bone

Turkey crowns r massive and the best meat gram for garm u can find

Hell, why not just buy the whole bird and give the legs away for a few quid to sum1 lol

well it said around 6.6g of fat per 100g serving but im assuming thats with the skin on because it didnt say otherwise? haha ill keep the roasting a turkey idea in mind. also think i do however need to invest in some sort of grill i just cant do steamed chicken !
