    I am eating too much?

I am not really trying to gain a ton of muscle just maitain and shred down and maybe a bit of muscle. im running a 12 week cycle with sust 270 eod, mast 200 eod and tren ace eod .

    weeks 1- 12 sust eod
    1- 8 - mast 200
    4 - 12 trean ace eod

and i may add anavar for weeks 8 - 12 but i doubt it.

    pct after

    im 5 9 , 204 and im 28

    typical diet a day is

    meal 1-
    8 to 10 egg whites
    1 cup dry oats

    mid morning -
shake and banana - 50 grams whey

    lunch
1 can tuna and a salad

    snack

greek yougurt with 1 ounce almonds

before workout- skae 50 g whey

    after workout 50 grams whey

    dinner

    chicken breast

    one cup brown rice

    bedtime -

    shake 48 grams casein.

i want to know is this too many meals . i seem bloated all day. id like to shred down. do i need this much food if i am on gear? should i cut down to shred down? lower the carbs. etc usually on a day like this i have a yam also. but this is it. mostly water 99 percent of time.

no, i dont think its too many meals. Seems to be a lot of shakes though. Ive noticed a huge difference by replacing shakes with whole meals. Maybe toss out the brown rice at dinner, depending if your trying to cut down or not. A little wouldnt hurt, maybe add some veggies in there. Definitely replacing the mid morning snack with some sort of lean meat.

Can i skip the mid morning snack and yes id like to cut down on carbs and brown rice but dont know if i need the carbs for my workout. on the days i dont workout i cut carb intake down by a third. i dont mine cutting it out at dinner and just having some broccli. And thats just a sample some days i mix it up with veggies here and there. Do you like to get a shake before and after workout? you have to get it at bedtime so your body isnt hunrgy all night thats why i use caedin because it moves slower.

I dont usually have a shake before i workout, no. I eat a high pro/carb meal preworkout that gives me energy to train and then a 50g whey/dextrose shake immediately following the workout. If you are trying to lean down then id seriously limit the brown rice, if any at all, in your evening meal. As for the casein shake at night.. I love that idea, I have 2 scoops of casein every night right before I go to sleep.

need macros and times 2 critique properly. and if ur on cycle u shuld be trying 2 bulk not cut! u can cut all u like after pct. firstly, protein only meals r rediculous imo. get some carbs in there with ur shake mid-morning. and u take 100g whey between pre and PWO? rediculous imo. ppl r protein obsessed around workout time. ditch the shake pre-workout, some eaa's and creatine if u like.and shuld have a proper meal shortly after PWO aswwell, duno how long ur diner is after workout though. post proper structure!

You have almost no fat in your diet at all. I'd restructure it to include some fats and probably drop some of your protein and maybe a little bit of your carbohydrates.

I agree with gucks, ditch all but 1 or 2 shakes. Add more whole meals and for god sakes...throw in some damn complex carbs!

U asked if ur eating too much...too much protein (poor sources) and not enough (complex carbs).

Meal 1 and dinner are the only BB appropriate meals i see. All the rest you need to rework. Wait for Gbrice or Tbon to come in, theyll clean you up.

Really? Might I suggest this is 100% dependant on the persons goals.

^^Actually in his original post he stated he was looking to shred down, hence my comment. Thanks for the comment on the rear delts, very hard muscle to target, I find most people use way more weight than they should be and their traps take over many of the movements.
