Ok bro when I wake i do 30min skipping or sprinting sometimes adding caffeine on empty stomach. Then I eat half cup of rolled oats made into porrige no sugar added with milk or ill hav 1 peice of toast with 2 eggs during my breakfast i have 30mg whey pro concentrate with water and multi vitamin.
Then I will go to work or train depending on what day it is.
WORK DAY= Breakfeast as above.
Meal 2= 30grm protein at least from can of tuna
Meal 3= Steak about as big as my hand with or fish with a handfull of cooked rice or potatos or half cup rolled oats mix with water, most days i have brokali an peas with it
Meal 4= Protein shake with water or chicken breast or fish
Then i would Train straight after training protein shake with water.
Meal 5= fish or chicken with two handfulls of veges
Meal 6= Protein shake with water right b4 bed.
I try to eat or drink 30grms at least of protein evry 3hrs take carbs in the 1st 6hrs then use vege carbs to grow at sleep time.
