How many strawberry's is too much
I like to have fresh strawberry's with my greek yogurt but i find it difficult to stop eating them and wind up eating like 6 or 8. is this a good amount? im gutting so the only fruit i eat are the strawberries and i have them maby three times a week.

one cup (152g) of strawberries is only 50 calories.. i would say that 6-8 halved usually fit into a cup.. 12g carb, 7 sugar, 3 fiber... plus one g of protein. so it's not that big of a deal

If you are trying to achieve a modest 10% BF level they should be fine, if you are truly serious about getting ripped get rid of them altogether.

If your trying to get shredded under 10% , and your not one of those guys who have crazy genetics. I would cut all fruit out of my diet. But if your just eating a balanced diet, 1 cup pre or post workout are great.

I thought so. Im trying to drop bf as fast as I can so I might have some fruit like berries once or twice a month. Could you imagine if we all had those genetic traits that some of the guys here have!!!! They can get big and lean in the matter of a few months and keep it!!! Yeah I know, Im a dreamer, lol!!
But I wont give up!!
