    Off Days

When taking a day off how should you adjust your diet for the day. I figured cut the carbs in half though I might be wrong. Thanks for the help.

Your rest days are when your body recuperates and grows muscle tissue. If you're on cycle, leave your diet the same as training days minus the PWO shake and carbs. If you're worried about fat gain from the carbs then do some cardio bit I definitely wouldn't cut them in half.

My calories are reduced by default on off days just by excluding a PWO shake. For me, that's 2 scoops of whey and 1 cup of oats - totaling nearly 600 calories, nearly 60g of that coming from carbs. That's plenty of a deficit from my workout days, so I don't need to do anything else. Much easier then carb cycling IMO.
