How to get my calories and good diet in throughout the busy day?

So i recently was in a wreck and lost alot of weight, so much to wear some members were saying i dont have a proper base for Anabolics. But due to my busy day with school and work i often dont have time to eat many meals and if i do i usually only get to eat very little. I weigh 175 and need to get back up to 215...If anyone could give me some good tips or supplements to help me get back up so i can start using anabolics please let me know. Thanks

Try cooking in bulk on your day off, then pre portion your meals 3 or 4 days worth in advance. Eatin fast sucks but I can easily scarf down a chicken boob, sweet potatoes and vegatables in 5 minutes with a big glass of water. You'd be amazed what you can do with $15 at the dollar store in the tupperwear section

you're pretty much going to have to prepare meals in advance and take them with you...also a simple whey shake with some sort of flax/natty pb/almonds goes a long way and is a pretty quick meal

Agreed...I carry a chicken breast in my pocket in a sandwich baggie and gnaw off a piece every so often throughout the day. The other pocket a baggie of almonds. I eat 3 chicken breast and 2oz of almonds without ever stopping to sit down and eat.

you only need to lift 3-4 times a week.. and achieve failure on all your lifts on at least the last set or two.. alot of your question relies on genetics.. if you are genetically supposed to be bigger than your body will get bigger.. but if you are genetically 175 and don't lift you will only get fatter.. the answer is more complicated than this.. but you get the idea

as machine said, its complicated. even on ur off days u need to eat alot as your muscles are still recovering and growing. dont just stick to ur diet on ur working days. but ur body will alwasy try to store calories is doesnt need as fat for later use, as long as ur training properly and ur diet isnt in excess calories you shuldnt put on much fat at all on off days.
