What kind of protein are you taking is it a weight gainer etc? I personally would not do pork.

You need more work done to your diet. With all due respect, your food choices aren't the greatest ( white rice, pork, apples.) I am not sure what time you eat these meals...150 gram of chicken is only 15g protein, you can definitely increase to 30-40g protein. You don't have macros for each meal, nor your total macros. To my estimate you probably take below 200g of protein.
I also see that you don't take any EFA's either. Example meal with proper should look like below:

    7:00AM
    6 Egg White 22/1.2/0 102 cals
1 Tbsp Natural Peanut Butter 4/3.5/8 95 cals
1 Scoop Nature’s Best Low Carb Isopure 25/1.5/.5 105 cals
    1/2 cup Oats 5/27/3 150 cals
    1 Fish Oil 0/0/2 18 cals

    56/33/13.5 470cals

You should at least find out the macros for each meal and re-post. Its a pain in the *ss but it is important for every goal. Fitday.com is a common site used, try it out.

Post the macros and cals of your diet in order to receive proper advise. It's a pain in the ass but totally necessary.

Like the others have said, we need to see macros. As is, the diet isn't very good to be honest.
