hey guys
my weight is 176 lb and i want to get rid of all fat and need good muscles i can't diet as you guys do coz i work for 10 to 12 hrs a day and i don't have good rest.
8.30 - whole grain cereals or Brown Bread with Peanut butter and 2 Boiled Eggs
10.30 - 2 Banana and Green Tea
12.30 - Vegetable and Rice (Have to eat in mess coz no time to cook)
3.30 - pre workout drink Jack3d and Banana (i don't know if this is included in diet or no but will like to have opinion on it)
4 to 6 workout (50 min cardio, 10 min Abs, and 40 min weight training)
6.30 - whey protein, Chicken Sandwich and 2 boiled Eggs
9.30 - Again 2 Banana and Green Tea
12.30 - Chicken Sandwich
many of you here will find this diet wrong but i am doing my best.
I do have personal trainer who pretend that he knows everything actually he don't know much about diet and nutrition. His training had helped me a bit but i know i have potential to do more than that but he is not pushing me to do so.
any changes and tips will be appreciated.
