Tips on getting my diet in order and bulk up?
So recently I have been wanting to try Anabolics but don't have a good base weight to start using. I currently weigh 175ish and would like to start juicing at 215 but I only have time to eat 4 times a day so I need a plan or guide to follow So I can bulk up a bit. I lift 3 days a week and run 5 days so If you can help me get a plan I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks

read the stickies and other diets in this forum to get a general idea on HOW to diet the right way and we'll tweak it if necessary....

^ ^ ^ definitely. What you've given us tells us just about nothing. I'm glad you don't plan to use AAS for a while, but i'd take it a step further and forget about it all together right now. Don't even plan for it in your future - you have a long road ahead but it's all achievable with the proper dedication.

Well if you going to bulk try 2grams protien per lb of body weight.I watched the viedo there in the stickies.A good one.You may after you start bulking see you need to tweek your running.See how your weight gos Good luck
