one of my favorite subs is the ovenroasted chicken breast, in actuality how healthy is it? on wheat with no cheese or dressing

the oven roasted chicken is processed chicken with filler additives. the macro's for that sandwich aren't that bad, if i was on the road i use to have it after my post workout shake. on 9grain. Subway is what i consider a semi-cheat meal

Even though it's "9 grain whole wheat" you can bet your ass it's still not just straight whole wheat though. And as said before yeah it's full of additives, not the BEST for you, but not the worst either, especially considering it's basically fast food. It would really depend on your fitness goals and how dedicated you are or how quickly you want to reach them. I wouldn't eat this routinely, but I've been known to enjoy subway a couple times a month and don't really feel guilty and can maintain a sexy body.
