My eaiting habit...New
Ok guys i want to stick to my diet again, i did pretty good last summer lost almost 25lbs then during the winter i gained like 10 now i want to loose another 20 but here's what i am doing this time. Instead of eating my regular eggs and oak, turkey sandwich, chicken sandwich and all the other good stuff i add something not so healthy usually small portion. I just want to have some good flavor with my eggs and chicken. Like i had some chicken breast grilled with some french fries, in the morning i had eggs oaks with something else that wasn't healthy. What do you think will happen? Will i gained more fat, will i loose weight? I started doing this Monday i am weighting myself tomorrow morning and i'lll check results. thanks.

Look at a program like Weight Watchers if that's what you want to do. It allows doughnuts, fries, and just about everything else on a point-based system. If you want apple pie, you can have it but three slices is all you can eat for the day - no other food! It's just calories in vs. out.
Now, if you want to look like a bodybuilder and be able to eat a substantial amount of real food, you'll need to cut out the bad stuff, even in moderation or yes, you'll probably get fat. But really, and I mean no offense, it sounds like you don't understand the basic concepts of dieting. You should read some threads!

If you would deprive yourself of "bad stuff" for just a week you will find that a small amount of it goes a long way to curbing cravings, so that's something I'd recommend, otherwise just be okay with just okay and all will be.....okay.

I do have a good diet in place i posted last year and it was pretty good for most users in here, i know over the winter i cheated a lot but i started doing it this week in a different way just to see the results that i get. But more then likely i won't get much results so i wll go back to my good clean diet. But thanks.
