    Help please!

    Currently i am 5'7 and 161 lbs and i'm 18 with 15 1/2 inch arms. The summer is coming and i obv., like anyone else, wanna look good. My current diet is 30 carbs a day +20 before workout. I take in about 80g of protien a day plus i take up your mass to balance my lack of carbs and such. I woudld like to gain muscle and strength while not gaining fat. Is it possible if so how? Thanks

    This is hard to say without seeing the rest of your diet.

    I will say this though, 80g of protein is not nearly enough. Double it, and start from there.

    Need to see the entire diet as stated above. Also, you will never add muscle with 80g protein/day and 50g carbs...

    im guessing u have no idea about adding mass if u think 50g of carbs and 80f of protein is enough. at 160ibs u should get at least 200g of protein and 300g carbs a day. read the sticky's and other threads on here, make a diet, then post it with times and macros and we'll help u sort it.
