Currently i am 5'7 and 161 lbs and i'm 18 with 15 1/2 inch arms. The summer is coming and i obv., like anyone else, wanna look good. My current diet is 30 carbs a day +20 before workout. I take in about 80g of protien a day plus i take up your mass to balance my lack of carbs and such. I woudld like to gain muscle and strength while not gaining fat. Is it possible if so how? Thanks
