As many of you know, I go to school and I use oatmeal for my breakfast,snack and post workout for complex carbs. Is 100% multi grain bread or 100% whole wheat better for a complex carb at lunch and dinner (dont have any other choices really) besides fattys like fries, or mashed potatos. Trying to gain that lean muscle. Sometimes post workout I do a banana with my shake instead of oats also...
