Is it good to go now? cutting diet
Age: 22
Weight: 200
BF% 18-20%
Height: 5-10
Want to cut to 6-8% to finally start bulking. I know you guys been helping me but I made some modifications to fit my scheduled and $$$. Got the times set up for grave shift.
Training 3 days a week, and 5 times cardio.
Keeping my weights all at my 85-90% 1 rep. 5-7 reps to failure.
Hope im good to go.. Cause Im ready to start.. Monday I plan on starting just been cleaning myself out with tuna and veggies. Alot of water and medium carbs.

ok, i think u got ur times wrong anyway :P mixed up am and pm. u mixed up pre and PWO but apart from that i like it. i think its gtg, i could nitpick but u have it nailed i think. good luck!

oh, 1 thing u shuld change. switch out the flax seed for cod liver oil or UDO's choice.

I didnt mix the times up I just put them as grave shift times. WHich How I would be eating them.
Hmm flax seeds are just as good arent they and they match in to my macros perfectly

Diet looks good man. Just a couple nitpicking things - check your macros on the sweet potato. I don't know what a "medium" sweet potato is but you have it at 24g of carbs, 1 cup is 42 to 58 grams depending on whether its boiled or baked. Omega 3 (EPA/DHA) would be better than flaxseed oil but no biggie.
Now stick to it and don't cheat!! Good luck.
