    More off day diet questions...

With my current program I have been doing am fasted cardio and also pm after work cardio on the days I don't lift...my 'off days'. I wonder how i should change my cuting diet when compared to lift days. I am especially interested in pre-cardio meal compared to pre-lift meal. Any suggestions. What abou carb intake on non-lift days? Thanks.

ive always kept my off days as close to my working days as i can. i let myself cheat a little bit and have chocolate after diner or w/e, but for the most part i keep it the same.

the best pre-cardio meal: nothing. u burn fat best on an empty stomach, just drink water during cardio and u culd take some caffeine or pre-workout supp if u wanted a bit more energy and focus.

If you keep your diet the same and have a carb rich PWO shake after you lift and don't have it on the days you dont your carbs cycle themselves to an extent.

^ ^ this is what I do. I have a caloric deficit by default just by not having the regular PWO shake.

Do am fasted cardio and keep the intensity relatively low - steady state cardio would work best here IMO.

For your evening cardio, you won't be fasted but I would try not to eat immediately before the cardio session, then have a good pro/fat meal afterwards.
