    Bulking diet while cycling

    Hey guys
im planning my first cycle in a couple of months and wanted to get my diet in check before i even think about what type of cycle i get on
this is kinda a base diet and was wondering if i could get some feed back

    firstly im 6ft 3, 215 pounds
my metabolism is good and i can eat and eat and eat without putting on much fat.
over the past few months i have put on 20 pounds of solid mass and lowered my body fat% just through dieting well and training hard

My goal on this diet/cycle is to bulk as much as possible
    Breakfast
-4 whole eggs 2 egg whites
    -2 scoop protein
    -oats

    Meal 2
    -Tuna
    -brown rice
    -almonds

    Meal 3
-a weight gainer of some sort

    meal 4(hour before gym)
    -fish
    -4 slices of wholemeal bread

    PWO
    -2 scoop whey
    -dextrose

    meal 6(45-60 mins after PWO)
    -chicken breast
    -sweet potatoe

    dinner
    -steak
    -potatoe
    -brocoli

    Bed time
    -casein or cottage cheese
    -peanut butter

sorry i dont have all the protein fats and carbs for each meal but im Australian and the conversion to ounces and all that confuses me.

the protein total is around 450grams AND Carbs is around 600grams and ill aim for about 80 grams of fat. that comes to around 5000 calories.

Yes 2-3 meals consist of a shake but im consuming around 300 grams from food so i thought that would be ok.

Any feed back would be greatly appreciated

an ounce weighs 28grams.. a cup is 250ml..

food choices seem okay, but with out amounts or any macros it is tough to tell.. i would say ditch the wholemeal bread and do brown rice or something like that instead

ditch the potato for dinner as well.. 5000 calories is too much.. you should be somewhere closer to 4200 or so.. no more than 4500..

forgot to say just use nutriondata.self.com for macros if u need to find out, dont worry about weight and volume so much as long as u have proper macros. that sight has all units of measurement.
