    weight has melting off this week 6 pounds in four days.

    Make sure this change is for good and u keep it up after this thing is over

    U have to be up near the top in this competition with such drastic changes

    Only down about 30 since start of competion other twenty was before it started.
    Your right I have lost many many pounds it is easy when I set my head right. Problem is after I reach my goal maintaing it. LIke to drop another 15 to twenty then build up a bit.
