Become a part of the Diet Forum comunity
I think that the Diet Forum here at ARF is seccond to none
I know that there are good guys and girls in here that are always willing to help people out
I also think that there is a good little comunity going on in here aswell
Hopefully my idea may work and we can build an even better comunity.
I hope this breaks no rules...
My idea is that we all get on Instant Messenger....
If your running a windows machine you should already have Windows Live Messenger on there...
If not you can Download it here
http://explore.live.com/windows-live-messenger?os=other
Now I know that oplenly posting ur Email addy is not allowed on the site so I have a plaan for us.
If you PM me ur addy I will add you
We can then share the addys between us so that we can all be in touch on an Instant Messenging Platform.

I hope this doesn't come off the wrong way... but I don't know how i'd feel about extending this outside of the forum... i.e. I come here and do my thing, etc. but when i'm off, i'm off. I don't know how much i'd be into getting IM'd diet questions and what not when i'm not 'active' on the forum.
I hope I don't sound like a d!ck, I love doing this here or I wouldn't do it. But we all need a break!
Good idea for some Base, i'd like to hear more about it before I can decide whether or not it's for me.

Well GB you could just create an email addy that is related to ur 'gbrice75' screen name
Then just sign into it when ur on here or whatever
My opinion is that if u wanna chill then u just dont sign in, just tue same as the board
Obviously this work best if u have a non work email addy... Anyone who is intrested I would reccomend creating an email addy just for this
Your screen name@ whatever would be best so people can ID you easily
