Pancakes and Shakes and still losing weight! OH MY!

    ~A Girl's Dream Come True~

Why on earth didn't anyone tell me about these protein shakes a long time ago?
They taste like milk shakes. Just pure vanilla whey and ice.

And the Oat Pancakes? I started this out with Base's recipe and then tweaked a bit and now have a delicious Oat Pancake that is guilt free and tasty and I could eat every single day.

I LOVE IT! JUST LOVE IT!

    HAD TO SHOUT THIS!

    THANKS GUYS!

    Oat Pancakes:

    1 cup rolled oats
    6 egg whites
1 cup fat free cottage cheese
splash of skim milk or water
    Splenda all you want
    nutmeg
    drop of vanilla

Blend the oats in a blender until real powdery ( no water just dry )
and then add all the rest above and blend until a good consistency for a pancake

Cook on griddle/pan which should be real hot....and then cook like a regular pancake

    TOP with:
Sugar free syrup and blueberries or fruit of choice
and drop a bit of Greek yogurt to spread around the pancake

    ENJOY!

MAKES 3 BIG PANCAKES! so good for 3 meals.

i saw an oat flour in the organic section at the store. ill have to read the label, but they may be an easier alternative to grinding your oats.

I don't like pumpkin personally, but loved the sound of coffee in the vanilla protein shake!
