Hey guys, to make a long story short I'm sitting around 220 or so at 8-10% body fat right now. I have really only have ever bulked and have done bulk cycles and have ran just about everything you can imagine. In about a month I would like to start dieting down and continue to look good for the summer, probably dropping a good 20 lbs. I plan to run Test and tren 100mg EOD for a good 12-13 weeks. I plan to start last week of April and end around July 1st, so I can use Aug for my PCT as my school years always start in september.
My main question is that what method of dieting should I use, alot swear by carb cycling but I could really see my self just slowly lowering carbs as I go. What do you guys think is beneficial to me for loosing the weight and keeping as much muscle as I possibly can? I put on muscle pretty easily and see myself being able to loose weight pretty easily.
