    Bulk Diet. Please critique

    Im 22 yrs old and cannot seem to gain any weight. I am at 5.9% B/F at 164lbs. I work out monday-friday from 6am-8am. this is my diet for right now, any help would be muchly appreciated.

    Meal 1 5:30 A.M pre workout Protein Carbs Fat
    1 Bagel 7 38 2
    8 Egg whites 32 0 0
    1 Egg whole 6 0 0

    Meal 2 9:30 A.M
    9oz lean ground beef 63 0 18
    Baked sweet potato 2 28 0
    1 1/2 cups brown rice 7 75 1
    Apple 0 21 .1

    Meal 3 1:30 P.M
    10oz chicken breast 65 0 4
    3oz cashews unsalted 12 28 39

    Meal 4 5:30 P.M
    9oz ground beef lean 63 0 18
    1 1/2 cup brown rice 7 75 1

    Meal 5 9:30 P.M
    12oz tilapia 63 0 3
    6oz whole wheat pasta 21 126 0
    3.5oz chopped broccoli 3 5 0

    4,320 colories
    Meal 6 before bed
    2 scoops of serious mass with 24oz of whole milk, 2 tbl spoons of peanut butter and 1 tsp of flaxseed oil

    6,320 total calories w/shake

    BMR= 1,776 lean factor 0-1 DAM= 2.0

    Wow..6,320 cals and still no weight gain? I dunno what to say.

    You're either not eating nearly as much as you think you are, or your training is seriously lacking. Diet can be better but is decent... but something is off. Just about anybody will gain weight, even if it's bodyfat - at 6,000 cals.

    Are you sure about your bodyfat? That's bodybuilder competition numbers... would like to see pics if you can post some up.
