No need to disrespect a valuable member of the board. Base did come off harsh, but understand that we see 10 'help me with my diet' threads every day, and 9 out of 10 are pure sh!t and not worth critiquing - yours is one of them. It gets tired really fast and can easily be avoided in most cases, bringing me to my point...

The only suggestion i'd make right now is to read the sticky's and countless other threads of posted diets that have been sorted out. Take a look at my diet below for an idea of a well balanced, clean diet.

I am not trying to be a jerk but if every one had the perfect diet post what would be the point of critiquing them?
Thank you for the suggestion and trying to help I do appreciate it.
So I should up my Calories 1100 a day ??
I would like to be on this diet but the only part of the diet I would be able to do in morning and the night.
I work 2 jobs so I have no time to cook and make all this.
There is nothing you can eat out that is healthy?

I don't understand these clowns who show up with a diet that isn't fit for their ambitious bodybuilding goals and get offended/defensive/plain nasty when someone tells them that straight up. Why so offended? It's not like you're a nutrition expert who spent weeks researching a perfect diet based on a wealth of knowledge... You're just a guy who doesn't know anything about nutrition and as such, you're here to learn.

I don't get mad when my doctor gives me medical advice, even if it's presented in a harsh way - I have no right to. I'm seeing him for my own benefit, not to have my ego stroked and be told that my use of diuretics, thermogenics, and supplements is gonna lead to a long, healthy life.

Sorry, end of rant. Just can't understand why people are so invested in their half-assed diets that it's worthy of ridicule.

I hear you, but bro it's far from a perfect diet - it's terrible, honestly. Maybe not in general, but you're on a bodybuilding forum. We can take halfway decent diets and make them great, but some aren't worth touching. Just being honest.

I'm not saying you should up to 2700 calories or follow my diet, I was just giving you an example of food choices, meal timing, macros, etc. I can't advise on your caloric needs without knowing your bodyfat - if you don't know, you can post up a few pics. Some of us are pretty good at guesstimating. With that info, we can get you on the right track.

There are alot of people who are students and work full time, etc. Very few have the ideal schedule for this lifestyle, but we make it work. Most of us cook in bulk on the weekend, store in tupperwares, and then grab and go each day. I bring a big cooler to work with me everyday.

Cenx - there is a way to do this right despite a busy lifestyle. None of us are unemployed. Many are grad students, athletes, and family men with full-time jobs.

If you are able to let this overwhelming negativity subside, there is life-changing information here. It does require an open mind as you will begin to see food and everything related to it in a whole new light.
