    natty peanut butter and cutting

I'm sick of almonds and nuts. Is it possible to replace these with natural peanut butter with my tuna meal when cutting?

Natty pb is no different than any other nut or healthy fat source in that as long as the macros fit your daily needs for p/c/f and calories; it can be part of any diet.

Assuming it's the only fat source you eat and you are looking to get 50g of fat in addition to the 30g or so in your protein/carb sources - then that equates to 5 tablespoons per day. My point is, see the forest through the trees.
