doesnt seem that bad, just second guessing again,

gbrice if i do 45 minutes cardio on empty stomach and 45 minutes pwo i burn around 600 calories at a time, so would it be oke to eat around 3000 kcal max that would put me in a calorie deficit of 800 as my maintenance is at 2600, cos i seem to have hit a wall with losing body fat, and HIIT just tends to burn me out ....?? thanks

    % of fat seems off....

    5 / 15 = 30 % fat
