    Killing protien

    I know that you have to cook your eggs on low/medium heat not to kill some of the protein but what about microwaving??i always micro mine but never thought cos all a micro does is mess with the water molecules in the egg yea?wont denature the protein will it? I think denature is the right word 4 it!
