    2 weeks In, already lost 5 lbs, any tweaks?

    I used GBrice's clean cutting diet as a model and I've been going strong for the past 11 days. The only problem I noticed is the frequency I've had to use the washroom. Is this due to the food I'm consuming or just my body adjusting? Also, any tweaking ??

    Am I eating too many Carbs or Calories or Fats for my goal of cutting + reducing BF % + maintaing/gaining Lean Muscle Mass?

    DISCLAIMER: I am allergic to the following foods:

    - All Nuts
    - All fish
    - Sesame Seeds/Oil
    - Flax Seeds/Oil
    - Cottage Cheese (Huge intolerance, most other dairy seem to be fine)

    I also was unfortunately diagnosed with Overreactive Bladder Syndrome, so don't recommend tea, as I can't drink it (nor coffe).

    [Yeah I have a lot of limitations for foods, it sucks, just my genetic luck. People use to call me Mr.Glass]

    Stats:

    Age = 19
    Weight = 187lbs +/- 2 lbs (Weigh myself in the morning only)
    BF = ~18%
    Height = 5"9.5

    Goals:
    - Reduce BodyFat to 9%
    - "Ripped/Shredded" Physique
    - Maintain and put on more muscle mass
    - My visual motivation and end goal would be to look like a smaller version of Zyzz / Josef Rakich.

    Diet:

    Protein / Carbs / Fat / Total Calories:

    Meal 1: 7:00am

    2 Large Whole Egg 12/2/10/140

    Meal 4: 4:00pm

    6 Oz 100% Lean Ground Beef 53/0/0/206
    1/2 Cup Brown Rice: 8/68/3/320 [Should I find a better brown rice?]
    1/2 Cup Tomato Sauce/Juice 2/5/0/30

    Total: 63/73/17/556

    1/4 Cup Liquid Egg Whites 7/0/0/30 [Added to Shake]

    8:00 - 9:00 Workout, 9:00 - 9:30 CARDIO

    Meal 6: 9:30pm (Post Workout)

    Myofusion Protein Shake (2 Scoops Myo + 1 cup milk) 59/22/6/374
    1/4 Cup Organic Rolled Oats 8/33.5/3.2/192

    Total: 74/55.5/9.2/566

    Meal 7: 11:00pm

    1 Scoop MuscleMilk 100% Casein [Mixed with Water] : 25/2/0.5/110

    Total: 24/3/1/120

    Grand Totals: 315 / 267 / 43.4 / 2065

    [I have to double check the totals as I recently re-arranged some of my meals and may have dropped the soap with the math].

    P.S. - Thanks in advance for any help.

    5lbs lost in 2 weeks is good numbers; how is your strength in the gym? How is your overall energy level? I would say don't change anything so long as you continue to make progress. If it ain't broke....

    Washroom - you're most likely getting alot more fiber in your diet than you were before. I can tell you that i'm pretty vile myself; the people in my office hate me, because i'm like a walking talking rotten egg.

    Overall energy level is great except. Aside from the first hour in the morning, I feel like I'm on speed 24/7 or something. The fibre comment makes sense, upon reflection I probably wasn't consuming enough before. Strength at the gym is great, I can feel myself getting stronger and executing the techniques a lot easier to.

    With that, I wouldn't change a thing right now, but continue to monitor closely. You will eventually have to make changes for sure.

    I would probably lower carbs in the diet, and I would have guessed a bigger "reported loss" the first week depending on what you have been eating. I seem to lose around 5 lbs when I start low-carb. And it seems to be happening to me on a weekly basis, but midterms are almost over, and spring break is on deck finally. SO hopefully soon I can stay on a more stable plan and diet.

    He looks good, no doubt.^ I wouldnt worry about using him asa goal.

    Another thing I would "add" to the diet is make sure you eat stuff you like. I just switched from rice from sweet potatoes because quite frankly I dont like how my SP were tasting. They tasted like cardboard, lol. So until I have that fixed, I will take my brown rice

    Thanks for the tip. I enjoy everything on my diet, but I have recently considering perhaps doing 1 less Scoop of Myofusion and +1 piece of chicken of equal Protein/Cal just to reduce my fat/carbs slightly without changing my calories, not sure though O_o.

    Haha, nevermind! I had a conversation with a friend in real life today that lead me to believe it may be you. He asked me to look at a similar diet and then posted a link to that same queer looking shredded fellow as his ideal aesthetic physique, lmao.
