I'm pretty constant with consuming 6 meals per day every 2.5 - 3 hrs. When I'm working night shift just wondering how my meals should be structured considering I'm awake extra 12 hrs and 6 meals just won't cut it?

You're working an EXTRA 12 hours, or 12 hours total vs. 8 hours?
I'm working 12 hours but on my first night shift of work I tend to wakeup around 9am so my 6 meals are not enough to last.
but unless you split those six meals into 8 your going to consume extra calories. depends on your goals really, i eat cans of tuna at work,zero carbs zero fat, keeps the hunger off.
I don't like tuna and protein shakes don't keep me full.
if your bulking how about milk ? I dont really understand your goals or what your current diet is, maybe choosing better food choices would help, IDK
