Quick cup brown rice Vs Cooking it yourself?

Just wondering if quick cup brown rice, where it is pre cooked and you just heat it up in the microwave, has less nutritional value then buying the rice uncooked and cooking it yourself?

It shouldn't provided it's just the same whole grain brown rice you'd be cooking yourself. However, I don't know that brand/product - for all I know, it could be loaded with sodium and cooked with excess fat.

The pre cooked rice is 97% brown rice, sunflower oil and distilled monoglyceride. 97% will do..
