Just wondering if quick cup brown rice, where it is pre cooked and you just heat it up in the microwave, has less nutritional value then buying the rice uncooked and cooking it yourself?

It shouldn't provided it's just the same whole grain brown rice you'd be cooking yourself. However, I don't know that brand/product - for all I know, it could be loaded with sodium and cooked with excess fat.
Ahk cheers. Well the brand is sun rice if you know that brand?
Check ingredients...
Should be 100% rice i would think...
Maybe a little salt
The pre cooked rice is 97% brown rice, sunflower oil and distilled monoglyceride. 97% will do..
Why not just buy regular rice and cook it anyway?
U will save a load of money
Cook a boat load of rice at once and invest in some tupperware
yeah normally I do but my gf bought home a few of those today
That's when you give her one of these
