appetite suppressant ok to use whilst cutting?

guys i have trouble cutting. fail every time. i just give to food cravings. not so much proportion size of healthy meals

so is it ok to take it. whilst on a low carb (50grams max). high protein diet.

also will be using clen about 14% atm trying to get to 10%

so is it ok to use them to assist. i got prescription duromine.

did run it for 5 days and it did work well ill admit. just wanna know if its ok to run for say 25 days.

Personally i would stuff ur face with broccoli and celery... That may help a little

    Drink loads of water aslo

Why not just use it when u really need it ( im not sure on the halflife of that compound so not sure if it could be used this way )

And whats ur diet lookin like bro....

The reason i ask is because thefirst thin i see is 50g of carbs MAX....

Are u gunna Keto.... If so i would not reccoment it TBH

This. When I went from 225 lbs down to 190 I would regularly drink 2litres of water a day.

I'm sure I know exactly what Baseline has to say in regards to the question lol, so I'm gonna go ahead and answer it for him. Base-please correct me if I'm wrong!

The reason he will not recommend a keto for you is because of Exactly what's happening to you right now!! You're giving in to cravings too easily as a result of 'extreme dieting'. Keto works great if you can transform yourself into a robot and be 100% with your diet. Most people can't do that, so the whole plan turns out to be an epic failure.

    How did I do, Base?

Good answer MuscleStack. Keto only furthers the bad eating habits that are currently rendering your cutting diets useless. You need to just exercise impulse control on a balanced diet. There's no easy fix. Why even take an appetite suppressant? It's a lot easier just to pound a liter of water, 2 cups of broccoli, and some chicken breast when you feel the cravings coming on - not like you'll have any room in your stomach left to cheat. Literally, whenever you get these feelings, just learn to tell yourself "no" and have a clean meal instead. The alternative is Yo-Yo dieting your whole life. Contrary to popular belief, the initial water loss aside, you don't lose weight much faster on a keto diet. If you're really dedicated, you can lose faster without any carbs but ultimately, you usually dick yourself long-term.

Another trick you can use is to simply google how certain fast food companies make their meals. One youtube video of that usually destroys any appetite I have built up.
