8-10 lb's in 3 or 4 weeks fat loss ???
recently i have got on to a new strict diet, low carbs high protein etc. i would say i have been on this new diet for just under 3 weeks. before my diet i was eating higher carb meals and quite a few cheat meals, since i have started my new diet i have lost 8-10 lb's bodyweight but i feel i look exactly the same really. maybe slighty less b,f but not 10 lb's worth. where has this weight come from ??? my bodyfat has always been quite low i would say roughly 16% or so, i am just looking to get more ripped and down to 8-10 % if possible.

Many times with low carb diets the first couple of weeks your gonna drop water weight....the same thing happen to me...I started a low carb diet and lost 7 pounds but nothing looked different....came to realize it was water weight....keep plugging at it and keep exercising and you should see results.....also your gonna want to post your diet up so everyone on here can critique it a little to help you out.....just food for thought

ye i have posted my diet up on another thread but il post yesterdays up on here
meal 1: 1 cup oats, 1 scoop USN pure protein 25g (slow & fast release), table spoon peanut butter then all blended with skimmed milk
meal 2: (post workout) 2 scoops USN pure protein 50g
meal 3: chicken breast, half cup brown rice, 1 avacardo pear
meal 4: 5 egg omlet using only 2 egg yoaks, 1 slice lean ham, 4-5 heads of brocoli,
meal 5: tin of tuna, 5-6 mushrooms, mixed green salad
meal 6: half a cup cottage cheese
BED
im eating roughly every 3 hours or so and always getting in 5-6 meals a day.
