Hey guys... this website has so much great info.... i love everything about it....
Atkins diet:
Im at 19% body fat, Im pretty strong dude, and i dont want to lose lots of lean body mass.
My goal is 12% ill be super happy =)
Goal to do this is hopefully in 2 months(because of trip to mexico) but i am patiant...
Is the atkins diet a good one to lose the weight without losing much LMB?
or would you recommend something else?
