Thanks for the estimates guys. I was hoping sub 20 and that was my goal when I started 200 pounds and under 20 % so looks like I hit them both on the head.

time for new goals 190 14%

Without goals I may slip back.

Dont want to be a downer but I agree with Base on this one as well. I still think you are on the north side of 20%. I dont want to take anything away from your great accomplishment but I think you need to have a realistic starting point in order to reach your next goal. By this I mean, if you are truly in the 17-20% bodyfat range you should expect to be in that 14% range at 190 and have a decent six pack of abs starting to show as well as a few other trademarks that go along with that level of conditioning. I think you are further than 10lbs from that look. Dropping to 180 would have you well into single digit bodyfat levels and you would look like a guy 6 weeks out from a contest. I just dont want you to to hit those bodyweight numbers and wonder why the look you might be expecting isnt there yet.

No problem I want a relastic number My idea before asking was 22% or so. Not sure I will ever see single digit BF at my age. But would like to be in low teens. Now If I get there I may change my mind and go lower. Starting to see some def in arms legs calfs. Still lots of belly fat also chest has a way to go.

22% is probably right on, and everything FG says is true too, you've proved you can make things happen, shaving your whole body should scream that to you and the world if nothing else did!
