Ok so I am looking to start my summer cutting dieting. I have two different meal patterns. One is my cardio day and one is my lift day. I would like some feedback on what others think of the diet plan. Mind you I am 5'10" 205 lbs around 15% body fat last time i was calipered.

Cardio (60 mins)
1960 cals (14.5g fat, 178g carbs, 251g protein)

2560 cals (25.5g fat, 298g carbs, 269g protein
