    Plan: Get cut....!!! diet and weekly list!

    Thanks to one of the member I took this off his page and added to my weekly shopping and change a few things.

    Shopping list:

    21eggs
    10 egg whites
    Beef 2-3lbs
    bag of instant oats (have this)
    Banana 4
    Whey protein shake
    7cups yougourt
    70 raw almonds
    chicken breast - 7
    green veg - 10-11cups
    tuna - 7 tins

    So what you see above will be added to my weekly shopping, I will have to do abit of math for proper meals?

    Based on the time I get up and go to bed, mainly at work.

    3:00am
    2 whole eggs
    1/4cup lean beef
    1/4cup instant oats
    1/2 banana

    8am or 9am (at work)
    2 scoops whey protein
    1/3 cup fruit
    1 cup Yogurt
    10 raw natural almonds

    10:30am ( abit close but still at work)
    3/4 cup egg whites
    1 cup brocoli
    1tbs oil

    1pm (at work lunch)
    1 grilled chicken breast
    1/2 cup brocoli
    1tbs oil


    5pm or 6pm (depends when I get home from work)
    medium green salade
    1 tin tuna
    1tbs olive oil

    8pm
    3/4 cup egg whites
    1 whole egg

    Please let me know if I follow this with my 30min cardio a day and weights for 30mins a day, if this will help me get cut?

    you dont state you stats,weight, BF% your TDEE/BMR and the amount of cals you consume. how can you get assistance with that info given ?????????????

    I would like to see you change meal 3 to a meat source rsther than egg whites since they are digested so quickly...

    But as T has stated you have given us no information with regards to your stats. Food macros or goals...

    Post up some info m8

    But overall the diet is not too bad ex elt there are almost no carbs in there and some not so good food choices

    I have seen a lot worse but there is room for improvment without a doubt

    Not sure about the cal and that I pretty much took this from another guys page and mixed it up alittle.

    BUT STATS:
    5'9
    MALE
    195LB

    BF - NOT SURE, BUT 12% AS A GUESS
